Kraków wow

Joined up with a walking tour on my second morning in Kraków and it turned out to be fun and interesting. The licensed guide was extremely well versed in the history of the country and of Kraków, but was also really funny and entertaining.

Homeless peeps sleep inside this sculpture.

Polish couples also engage in the love lock tradition on bridges, just like the Baltic states.

According to Chakra doctrine, this corner of Wawel courtyard is the location of one of Earth's seven Chakra points. When I touched the wall, I felt something - the wall pushing back.

After the official tour ended, the unofficial tour began. It was a hot day, so we went to a pub in the Jewish quarter for some refreshing, low-alcohol Polish beer. The beers were brought out to us on this cool linear beer holder.

We then went to another pub that specializes in uniquely flavored low-strength liquor shots. I tried a few.

One of the key scenes in Schindler's List was filmed right here.

This is the actual Oskar Schindler factory.

My studio apartment in old town Kraków is owned by a photographer. The art featured in it was interesting, as was the overall interior design. An awesome place to stay. Probably the best accommodation value so far on this holiday ($35 per night).
