
My first lunch in Copenhagen took place at Café Wilder.


Two years in a row, Noma has been voted the best restaurant in the world by Restaurant Magazine. The gentleman out front is there to politely turn people away. Despite the extremely high cost to dine there, they are booked solid for the next six months. I tried.

There is a replica of David in Copenhagen. Who knew?



Managed to track down and consume a super rare and epic beer: Cantillon Blåbær Lambik. They only made 170 bottles of the 2010 vintage. I think it lived up to the hype.
