Mikkeller Bar and Ølbutikken

These are two places not to be missed if one is interested in craft beer. I spent a lot of time in each. At least one or two taps at Mikkeller Bar change daily. Mikkel, the owner and nomadic brewmaster, is a particularly gifted and prolific brewer. Met some interesting people there, including a field researcher for Noma.
