De Struise visit
Peddled my trusty bicycle over to my prearranged rendezvous with Carlo and Urbain of De Struise Brouwers this afternoon. Urbain had just gotten back from a collab session with FFF; they were brewing up a forthcoming IPA called "Shark Pants". Carlo and Urbain are really bright, gracious, supremely talented, and generous people, with a genuine and contagious passion for their hobby/work.
