After some internal debate, I decided my first activity should involve beer. And so it came to be. Made my way to Moeder Lambic Fontainas and had a Cantillon Lambic from cask. In that little cup is roasted barley, which tasted a bit like Grape Nuts cereal.


Met super friendly Jean Hummler, the Tasting Manager for Moeder Lambic, who showed me the cellar and some of the off-menu goodies.
