Ard Bia at Nimmos

A while back, I read about this restaurant in a gastro mag and I took note. Having now experienced it firsthand, I can tell you that everything about Ard Bia at Nimmos (in Galway, Ireland) is artfully and imaginatively done. A cozy and brilliant place. Food itself was unique and amazing... the best I have yet had in Ireland, or in the UK for that matter.
