Had lunch at the smart built-in café STORM. One of the best Ceasar salads I have ever had.

After that I visited Kulminator again, just as I have the last 3 nights. Truly awesome place. The owners Dirk and Leen and I are now on a first-name basis. Suffice it to say that my perspective of what a makes up an amazing beer is forever changed now. Met a cool couple from Russia there too.

As an example, the above photo is that of a 1985 Hoegaarden Grand Cru from way back when the founder used to brew it himself. Yes, it was a rediculously fine beer.

Later, had dinner at a good Brazillian steakhouse with four landscape architects who were visiting Antwerp from Oslo. They gave me some great ideas as far as rhings to do and places to visit during my visit to Norway next week. Lucky timing.
